Supply & Demand (TV series)

''Supply & Demand'' is a ITV television drama series that began in 1997 and ended in 1998, with just two series being broadcast. It was devised and written by Lynda La Plante, known for her hit television series ''Prime Suspect'', which went on hiatus in the same year.〔http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0111988/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1〕 Each episode of ''Supply & Demand'' was two hours long. La Plante felt that the series had reached a natural end and decided not to write any further episodes, thus meaning the last episode was broadcast on October 6, 1998.
